Artist's Description

A bald eagle flying high cover as a Mustang flies at Marathon Airport.

The North American P-51C 42-103293 "Betty Jane" was rebuilt as a 2 seat version of the P-51C with a full second set of controls and instrumentation. There were at least 5 TP-51Cs built during WWII for training purposes, and VIP transport (another one flew Ike over Normandy). This aircraft has the Packard-Merlin V-1650 and the markings of the 31st Fighter Group.

A barefoot, outdoor and nature photographer, he has fine art and stock photography from New England, the Atlantic coastal states, Florida, and the American Southwest. "I'm serendipitous," he says.
