Artist's Description
The storied Seven Mile Bridge was constructed from 1909-1912 to continue the Florida East Coast Railway's Key West Extension across Knights Key, Pigeon Key, Moser Channel, and Pacet Channel. It was not actually blown up in True Lies but we *can* land Harriers there. It remains about the 50th longest bridge in the world and the 7th longest in the United States. I like glossy photo paper or Somerset Velvet for this print.
About R B Harper
"The girls say I'm pretty easy; I can be had for most anything with wheels, keels, or terabytes." Dick Harper says. Dick is a contributing columnist for New England’s oldest afternoon daily. A barefoot, outdoor and nature photographer, he has fine art and stock photography from New England, the Atlantic coastal states, Florida, and the American Southwest. "I'm serendipitous," he says. "I'll sit on a site waiting for the superlative sun but I'm just as happy to have a walk around body when I see a speedboat on my street." Click the...

Thanks, everyone. This is one of my two "most favorite" bridges here in the Keys. To photograph. It remains my least favorite bridge anywhere to drive on ;-)
