The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Good quality fresh hay is green and not too coarse, and includes plant heads and leaves as well as stems and the odd fieldmouse. This is grass/alfalfa hay is round baled and has weathered a little while to dry in the field.
