Description
The 70,000-acre Water Gap park has low forested mountains, trout streams, hiking and boating and swimming, waterfalls, and the 1000-foot-deep Gap. The Wisconsin glaciation which ended after years of Global Warming covered the Kittatinny Ridge. The retreating glaciers opened the Gap in its present form. These Dame’s Rockets grow wild along US209.
